The family was happy to donate most of the remaining belongings, but there were still bulky pieces of furniture, filing cabinets, mattresses, and household items to manage. They also wanted to ensure that anything valuable or sentimental was reviewed before leaving the home.
Our goal was straightforward: empty the property, responsibly rehome as much as possible, and coordinate the final cleaning so the home would be ready for listing as soon as possible.
From Sorting to a Complete Home Clear-Out

Cleaning Coordination: Arranged professional house and carpet cleaning, managed access for service providers, and checked the completed work.
Final Walkthrough: Walked through the property with the family to ensure everything was complete and ready for listing.
Throughout the process, we kept the family informed, confirmed important decisions, and coordinated the many moving pieces behind the scenes.
In less than two weeks, the home was completely cleared, professionally cleaned, and ready for listing!
Just as importantly, so many of the belongings found new homes through Edmonton charities, resale partners, and community reuse programs rather than ending up in the landfill.
