Hi, I’m Kaytlyn!

Before founding Sort & Simple, I spent a decade in healthcare, where I learned to support people through emotional situations with respect and empathy. When it came time for a career change, I wanted to continue helping people and to pursue my passion of decluttering. 

What began as a one-woman show has grown into Edmonton’s trusted decluttering team, supporting hundreds of clients through downsizing, moves, and estate clear-outs.

As I organized alongside our clients, the importance of making sustainable choices became more and more clear. It inspired me to create the reHome Hub, connecting decluttered belongings with local charities and organizations in Alberta, so items can get a second life!

When I’m not managing the Sort & Simple team or meeting for consultations, you’ll find me gardening, thrifting, or volunteering for the Edmonton Fringe.

Shannon of Sort and Simple
SENIOR ORGANIZING CONSULTANT

Hi, I'm Shannon,

As Senior Organizing Consultant with Sort & Simple, I love supporting both our clients and our Edmonton team. You might see me at your consultation, hear my voice on the phone, or catch me at a community event. Wherever we connect, my goal is to make you feel supported and confident from the very beginning. Large, complex projects are where I thrive, taking a huge weight off families’ shoulders during life’s biggest transitions. Whether it’s helping a senior downsize or a family coordinating an estate clear-out, these big projects require compassion and careful planning.

Outside of work, life is full and fun with my husband and our two little girls — we love camping, trips to the lake, and making memories together!

I’m Judith, and it’s great to meet you!

The best part of being a Professional Organizer with Sort & Simple is the people. Working alongside a supportive team and, most importantly, wonderful clients who trust us to help them through important life transitions is so fulfilling. I especially enjoy supporting seniors. Listening to their stories while helping them sort through a lifetime of belongings is a huge privilege. It’s rewarding to watch the downsizing process become less overwhelming, and to show seniors how the items they let go of can bring joy to someone new.

In my personal time I enjoy gardening, walking my dog, and knitting newborn hats and comfort bears for local Edmonton hospitals.

Hey, I'm Sondi!

At Sort & Simple, I enjoy the array of organizing projects that I get to be part of. From a single closet to a full household move, I love knowing the work I do makes a real difference for my clients My approach is straightforward and functional, and I especially enjoy transforming offices and kitchens. Once decluttered and organized, these everyday spaces make life feel lighter and easier! Sustainability is a passion of mine, and I’m proud that Sort & Simple partners with local organizations to rehome, donate, and recycle items, keeping as much as possible out of the landfill.

Outside of organizing, I’m usually refinishing furniture, spending time outdoors, or keeping up with life alongside my four (big!) kids.

Hey, I’m Anna-Lisa!

I love helping people feel calm and in control of their homes. For me, the best part of being an Organizer with Sort & Simple is working alongside overwhelmed clients to transform cluttered spaces into ones that truly work for them. My favourite decluttering projects are the “catch-all” corners of a home — the junk drawer, garage, or that room where everything piles up. When organizing with clients, I believe everyone should feel empowered to make their own decisions, and my role is to provide the judgment-free support and guidance that makes it easier.

Outside of organizing, You’ll usually find me reading, exploring the wilderness with my dog, or practicing (very) amateur bird photography.

Hello, I'm Salina,

One of my favourite parts of being a Professional Organizer with Sort & Simple is the variety. Whether it’s prepping to move or unpacking at a new home, every family and project is unique, and I love supporting people through their unique organizing challenges.  Storage rooms and estate projects are my specialty. These projects often create decision fatigue, but I guide clients step by step, making sorting and organizing manageable and far less overwhelming. Along the way, I also love uncovering forgotten “treasures” that spark meaningful memories.

When I’m not organizing, you’ll find me with my husband, children, and cats, tending to my houseplants, or working toward my goal of reading one book a week!
