Time to completion depends on the size of your space, volume of items, and the pace that feels right for you. Some projects can be completed in just a few 3-hour sessions, while others—like full-home downsizing or estate clear-outs— can take 40+ hours.

At Sort & Simple, our all of our services are billed hourly, with flexible packages to fit your project size, so you only pay for the time and support you need. You can add additional hours, at any time.

We offer the following packages: • 6 Hours – $510 + GST • 10 Hours – $790 + GST (Most popular) • 25 Hours – $1900 + GST (Best value) • 40 Hours – $3040 + GST

Our job is to guide, not pressure. We’ll help you make informed decisions about your belongings, but you make the final call on every item. Being confident in your choices is essential to long term decluttering success.

When decluttering or clearing an estate, we make sure all your items are handled with care and respect.

• Donations go to local charities and community organizations through our reHome Hub network.

• Items you wish to sell can be passed on to our consignment, reseller or auction partners, depending on your preference.

• Anything that can’t be rehomed is sorted for proper recycling or appropriate disposal.

The earlier the better! Especially during busy seasons like spring and summer, we recommend booking your complimentary consultation 4–6 weeks before your move. This allows time for us to plan, coordinate, and avoid last-minute stress.

We know things don’t always go according to plan. If you need to move quickly, reach out—with a team of six, we can often accommodate short timelines.

Yes! We often collaborate with trusted local partners—including realtors, moving companies, home stagers, cleaners, and auction services—to give you a seamless experience from start to finish.

If you already have your own preferred professionals, we’re happy to coordinate with them for a smooth transition.
